Telecom Paris Tech : Clustree won the Innovation Award
Clustree won the innovation Prize at the digital technologies awards.
In 2016, the jury chose to reward two startups that developed an expertise in the big data field. Among 70 identified french startups in the big data, six final candidates were honored, from which the jury chose two winners.

This award was attributed to Clustree which has developed the first Talent Management Intelligence Solution that turns million of career paths data into evidence-based decisions.
Clustree aims to be identified as the reference solution, that combines big data and decision support for HR. Its ambition is to help large companies efficiently address their challenges : promote and favor internal mobility, break silos to stimulate mobility and avoid stereotypes.
Clustree built a set of technological blocks covering the whole HR value chain.
Through the analysis of 200 millions of existing career paths from all over the world and all across industries to inspire our clients, Clustree's big data and algorithms brings an evidence-based vision of the professional paths. This vision improves on its own thanks to Clustree's machine learning. Talent management is gaining flexibility and reactivity and allows HR to focus on their core business : human.
Since its launch in 2014, Clustree has raised more than 3 million euros (from Alven Capital, and business angels such as Xavier Niel, Jean-David Blanc (Allociné) or Nicolas Brusson (BlaBlaCar)..).
