RH: Clustree, the talent management solution, raises 600,000 euros with Alven Capital
Clustree is a talent management solution dedicated to internal mobility. The SaaS tool for HR of Major Groups, suggests matchings between talents, positions, and careers based on the analysis of millions of professional career paths. The solution provides a “score sheet” that allows HR to benefit from better suggestions of positions and career paths for their talents, or conversely, suggestions of internal talent pertinent to an available position. Thanks to its innovation potential, the startup has announced a fundraising of 600,000 euros with Alven Capital.
Clustree, the talent management solution dedicated to internal mobility, which uses big data, has raised 600,000 euros with Alven Capital and business angels. The Clustree tool seems to have attracted these investors notably due to its ability to considerably strengthen competition and the ability to attract big businesses. This is the first fundraiser for Clustree, which is part of the accelerator “The Family.” Alven Capital is supported by business angels like Xavier Niel, Frédéric Montagnon, and Jean-David Blanc, rounding out the 600,000 euro total.
